If you were an ARC reader and were curious about what changes were made before the book goes live, here’s what I updated:
Chapter 10: maybe Charlie was just really making sure Kat had his business card. Maybe I had a brain fart post-editing that made me think he hadn’t already. The world will never know. He now only gives her his card once.
Chapter 15: limited the number of times Charlie says “baby.” (Guys, I’m sorry. Sometimes you try too hard to make a point and it backfires.)
Chapter 20: Ditto ^^
Chapter 26: added a little oomph to the end of Layla. This might not be enough for some of you, but it’s enough for me. She’s dead to me at this point, okay?
